General
This website (the site) is owned and operated by Newarc Ltd. By accessing and using this website we allow you to purchase our products and/or services subject to the following list of terms and conditions.

Prices and Taxes
All currencies on this website for products, services and delivery costs are indicated in GB Pounds Sterling and all payments are conducted in GB Pounds Sterling.

All prices are exclusive of VAT at 20%.

Every effort is made to ensure prices are correct. If any error occurs we will advise you of the correct price prior to processing your order. If you then decide against your purchase we will immediately cancel your order.

Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa/Visa Delta/Visa Purchasing/Visa Electron, JCB, Switch, Solo and American Express.Payment will be debited from your account immediately

We also accept payment by cheque, however we cannot despatch the goods until the cheque has been cleared. Please send your cheque with your address on the back along with your order details and a contact telephone number to:

Orders can also be taken over the telephone. Please call 0191 295 011 between 10.00am and 5.00pm. During Busy times and outside of these times a message service is available, please leave a message, we will return your call.

Delivery
We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible within a 30 day period.

If you need your goods sooner please contact us to make arrangements

All orders wil be deliverd by Royal mail 1st Class.
Please note: Delivery addresses should be daytime as parcels will need to be signed for.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to postal strikes, delays of related industrial action.

Refunds and Returns policy
We are compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) Act, which provides a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us before hand and ask for a returns form (no goods will be accepted without a completed returns form). All we ask is that you return the item unused and in its original packaging. You will recieve a full refund for the items. You will not recieve the postage costs. If more than 7 days has passed we are willing to offer a 28 day exchange on the goods although you wil be resposible for any additional postage costs. You will not recieve the postage costs unless the goods are faulty you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you order any items and then refuse to accept delivery of the goods you will then be liable at our discretion for all delivery and recovery cost plus a 20% restocking charge.We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the goods are faulty then the postage will be refunded

Incorrect or faulty goods
If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then return the item to receive a full refund.
